Erik Gjøvik is an expert in traditional and additive manufacturing with more than 30 years of experience. He is the driving force behind Essentium's new High-Speed Extrusion printer, the HSE180S. Previously, he co-developed an "ecosystem" based view of the industrial additive market at Jabil (a $20B contract manufacturer). Before working directly on additive manufacturing, he led world-class engineering and manufacturing teams at Apple, Mophie, Kulicke & Soffa, and Lisi Aerospace. Erik is focused on providing scalable additive solutions for the industrial market.
