I am a Precision Plastics Sub-Category Leader currently working for Johnson and Johnson within the Sourcing organization. I support all three J&J Sectors-Pharm, Consumer and Medical Devices. My role is to develop and implement the Precision Plastics Category Strategies to enable our Suppliers and Supply Chain to be more efficient, cost effective and improve our quality levels in the manufacturing of J&J plastic components. I am a graduate of University of Maryland, BS in Mechanical Engineering and Pennsylvania State University, MBA with a concentration in Operations. I have been working in the Health Care Industry for over 27 years, working for Johnson and Johnson as well as Pfizer. My professional experience includes Engineering, Operation, Quality, Distribution and Source. All of my work experience has had some aspect related to the manufacturing and/or utilization of plastic components.
