Digital Health is a term loosely applied to everything from traditional telemedicine to connected devices to apps on a smart phone. The promise is that digital health will deliver medical care in novel ways while lowering cost, improving healthcare outcomes, and delivering relevant medical information in new ways. The intersection of consumer technology and medical devices is enabling this transition.
