Making Aging Magical: Using Augmented Reality for Promoting Health Interventions & Engaging Medical Assessments

Beyond its glamour in media and games, augmented reality (AR) technology brings a paradigm shift for improving patient care for aging adults and their families. AR enhances the "real-world" by superimposing holograms in it. In this session, we will showcase several AR applications in development that imbue patients and their families with "magical" powers aimed at boosting health and well-being.
